[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 4813X Scientific Digital Imaging Plc 22 February 2017  \n\nScientific Digital Imaging plc\n(\"SDI\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\n(AIM: SDI)\n \nDirectorate Change\nThe Board of Scientific Digital Imaging plc, the AIM quoted group focused on the design and manufacture of scientific and technology products for use by the life science, healthcare, astronomy, consumer manufacturing and art conservation markets, announces that, Jeremy Gibbs, Non-Executive Director, will be stepping down from the Board on 30 April 2017, having served on the Board for over 8 years after a long association with a subsidiary company.\n \nIn addition, the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Isabel Napper as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. \n \nIsabel has more than 25 years' experience in advising clients in the technology and healthcare/life science areas, both public and private sector, leading on business development and managing regulatory issues, governance, risk and strategic change. Isabel was previously a Partner at the law firm Mills & Reeve where she acted as legal adviser and company secretary to a number of boards. \n \nKen Ford, Chairman of SDI, commented:\n\"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Jeremy for his valuable contribution to SDI over the last two decades.
