We are encouraged by the pace of the integration of Applied Thermal Control and the Board views the current financial year very positively.\"\n \nIn addition, the Company announces that Ann Simon, Non-Executive Director, will be stepping down from the Board with effect from 27 September 2017. The Board would like to thank Ann for her valuable experience and support during her time on the Board and wishes her the very best for the future.
