Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that on 13 October 2023 the Company issued 5,201 shares from treasury and 4,799 shares from the Frontier Smart Technologies Employee Benefit Trust, each at an average price of 1 pence per share in settlement of the exercise of share options. 

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following this announcement is 45,931,707.  Science Group holds 254,167 shares in treasury and there are no shares remaining in the Frontier Smart Technologies Employee Benefit Trust.  The total number of voting rights in the Company following this announcement is therefore 45,931,707.

The figure of 45,931,707 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
