[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 9290N\n Schroder Eur Real Est Inv Trust PLC\n 04 October 2021\n  \n \n \n \n 4 October 2021\n \n \n  \n \n \n NOTICE OF DIVIDEND CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATE (SOUTH AFRICAN RAND)\n \n \n  \n \n \n On 28 September 2021, Schroder European Real Estate Investment Trust plc (the \"Company\") announced its third interim dividend for the year ending 30 September 2021 of \n 1.85\n  \n euro cents per share.\n \n \n  \n \n \n The currency exchange rate applicable for the dividend payable in South African cents to shareholders on the South African register is based on the exchange rate on 4 October 2021 and is set out below:\n \n \n  \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Declared dividend \n \n \n \n \n Exchange rate\n \n \n \n \n Dividend in South African cents per share\n \n \n \n \n \n \n 1.85\n \n euro cents per share\n \n \n \n \n \n 17.34000\n \n \n \n \n 32.07900\n \n \n \n \n \n \n  \n \n \n Dividend tax will be withheld from the amount of the gross dividend of 32.07900.
