[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 9323H Schroder Eur Real Est Inv Trust PLC 23 August 2016  \n\n23 August 2016\n \nNOTICE OF DIVIDEND CURRENCY EXHANGE RATE (STERLING)\n \nOn 29 July 2016, Schroder European Real Estate Investment Trust plc (the \"Company\") announced its maiden interim dividend for the period to 30 June 2016 of 0.8 euro cents per share.\n \nShareholders on the UK register will receive their dividends in sterling, unless an election is completed and registered with the Company's registrars.
