GMT at 1 London Wall Place, London EC2Y 5AU.\nShareholders can view the meeting details at www.schroders.co.uk/sereit from today, 5 December 2025.\nThe date on which South African shareholders must be recorded as such in the share register to be eligible to receive the notice of AGM was Friday, 28 November 2025 and the date on which South African shareholders must be recorded as such in the share register to be eligible to attend and vote at the AGM is Friday, 6 March 2026, with the last day to trade being Tuesday, 3 March 2026.\n\nThe notice of AGM will shortly be dispatched to shareholders.
