[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 1894H\n Schroder Eur Real Est Inv Trust PLC\n 04 April 2022\n \n \n \n \n 4 April 2022\n \n \n \n \n \n NOTICE OF DIVIDEND CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATE (STERLING)\n \n \n \n \n \n On 10 March 2022, Schroder European Real Estate Investment Trust plc (the \"Company\") announced its first interim dividend for the year ending 30 September 2022 of 1.85 euro cents per share.\n \n \n \n \n \n Shareholders on the UK register will receive their dividends in sterling, unless an election is completed and registered with the Company's registrars.
