[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 6409Z Schroder Eur Real Est Inv Trust PLC 13 January 2020  \n\n13 January 2020\n \nNOTICE OF DIVIDEND CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATE (STERLING)\n \nOn 9 December 2019, Schroder European Real Estate Investment Trust plc (the \"Company\") announced its fourth interim dividend for the year ended 30 September 2019 of 1.85 euro cents per share.\n \nShareholders on the UK register will receive their dividends in sterling, unless an election is completed and registered with the Company's registrars.
