Bagwell, Executive Vice President and President – International, and Thomas P. Hunt, Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel, will retire from their current titles and roles effective January 1, 2023. Succeeding Messrs. Bagwell and Hunt will be two long-time SBA officers and industry veterans. Richard Cane, currently Senior Vice President – International Operations, will succeed Mr. Bagwell, and Joshua Koenig, currently Senior Vice President, Legal – International, will succeed Mr. Hunt.\n\n“On behalf of our Board of Directors and all of our constituents, I want to congratulate Kurt Bagwell and Tom Hunt on their very long and successful careers with SBA and extend the deepest appreciation for all their contributions to our growth and success,” commented Jeffrey A.
