Savills PLC announced the appointment of Nick Sanderson as Group Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director, expected to join in Spring 2026. Sanderson, a chartered accountant, was previously Chief Financial & Operating Officer of Great Portland Estates plc since July 2011. He will succeed Simon Shaw, who will become Group Chief Executive Officer on January 1, 2026, following Mark Ridley's retirement, which was announced in April 2025. Additionally, Susie Bell will join the Group in October as the new Investor Relations Director, coming from Vistry Group plc. Disclaimer*

Prior to this, Nick was a Partner and Head of Real Estate Corporate Finance Advisory at Deloitte having previously had ten years of real estate investment banking experience most recently as a managing director at Nomura. Nick qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Arthur Andersen in 1998.\nNick will take on the role of Group Chief Financial Officer from Simon Shaw, who becomes Group Chief Executive Officer from 1 January 2026 when current Group Chief Executive Officer Mark Ridley retires, as announced in April 2025. \nAlso joining the Group in the new role of Investor Relations Director in October is Susie Bell. Susie joins from Vistry Group plc, the UK home builder where she was Group Investor Relations Director.
