This follows a competitive tender process conducted by Savills Audit Committee.\n \nPricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (\"PwC\"), Savills current auditor, will continue in its role for the financial year ending 31 December 2020, subject to reappointment by shareholders at the 2020 Annual General Meeting to be held on 6 May 2020.
