This transition is supported by the global experience of the Board and management team in the resources industry.\n \nDavid Archer, the CEO of AME said today \"The proposed change of name to Savannah Resources plc underscores this change of strategic direction and the broadening of the Company's investment horizons\".\n \nThe change of name requires Shareholder approval which will be sought at General Meeting of the Company which will be held at 12:30pm on 24 September 2013 at the offices of Arlington Group, 2nd Floor, 18 Pall Mall, SW1Y 5LU. Publication of the circular and notice of General Meeting in connection, inter alia, with the change of name has also been announced today.\n \nFollowing the change of name to Savannah Resources Plc the Company also intends to change ticker symbol on the London Stock Exchange from \"AME\" to \"SAV\".
