[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 0252Z Savannah Resources PLC 15 May 2019 \n\n15 May 2019\n \nSavannah Resources Plc\n \nAldeia Delivers Highest-Grade Lithium Mineralisation to Date Including 22m @ 2% Li20 \nMina do Barroso Lithium Project, Portugal\n \nHIGHLIGHTS:\n· Reverse Circulation drilling on Aldeia Block A continues to define zones of a high-grade lithium bearing pegmatite body circa 2km south east of the Grandao deposit \n· Key lithium intersections at Aldeia include:\no 45m at 1.67% Li₂O from 89m, including 22m at 2.00% in 19ALARC024\no 31.7m at 1.47% Li₂O from 80m in 19ALARC028 and\no 31.5m at 1.14% Li₂O from 114m in 19ALARC028 \no 17m at 1.48% Li₂O from 96m in 19ALARC026\no 24m at 1.40% Li₂O from 117m in 19ALARC026\no 21m at 1.17% Li₂O from surface in 19ALARC018\n· RC drilling at Grandao also identified additional near surface extensions to the existing mineralisation:\no 12m at 1.08% Li₂O from 28m in 19GRARC131\no 6m at 1.70% Li₂O from 36m in 19GRARC130\n· Mineralised drill intersection recorded in 19ALARC024 is the highest-grade intersection at Mina do Barroso to date\n· Pegmatite consistently intersected over a strike length of over 250m and has been traced to a depth of over 120m vertical below surface, confirming the potential for the presence of a significant mineralised body\n· Drilling continues on the Aldeia deposit focussed on tracing the pegmatite body further down dip and along strike to the west - current strike now 250m \n· Results expected to contribute to a significant increase in the current Mineral Resource of 23Mt resource at Mina do Barroso\n· Significant Project milestone with over 30,000m of RC and diamond drilling completed in less than 21 months\n \nSavannah Resources plc (AIM: SAV, FWB: SAV and SWB: SAV), the resource development company, is pleased to announce further high-grade results from the ongoing RC drilling programme at the Mina do Barroso Lithium Project located in northern Portugal (Figure 1).
