[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 2565G Savannah Resources PLC 05 November 2018 \n\n \n5 November 2018 \nSavannah Resources Plc\n \nNominated Adviser Status\n \nSavannah Resources plc (AIM: SAV and SWB: SAV) ('Savannah' or 'the Company'), the AIM quoted resource development company, announces that the Directors have been advised by its current nominated adviser (\"Nomad\"), Northland Capital Partners Limited (\"Northland\") of its proposed merger with SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP (\"SP Angel\"). Northland has voluntarily agreed to relinquish its Nomad status and will be removed from the register of Nomads with effect from 7am on 1 February 2019.\n \nAs a result, it is the intention of the Directors to transition the Company's Nomad role from Northland to SP Angel. This process has already started and at present the Company anticipates a smooth and orderly transition of the Nomad role. \n \nHowever, the Company recognises that the merger remains subject to regulatory approvals and due diligence. In accordance with AIM Rule 1, if in the unlikely event that the Company fails to appoint a new Nomad by 1 February 2019 the Exchange will suspend trading in the Company's AIM Securities.
