[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 8264R Savannah Resources PLC 19 June 2018 \n\n \n19 June 2018 \nSavannah Resources Plc\nExercise of Warrants & Options\n \nSavannah Resources plc (AIM:SAV) ('Savannah') or the 'Company'), the AIM quoted resource development company, announces that it has issued 3,051,190 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") at exercise prices of 6 pence per share and 4.62 pence per share (the \"New Shares\"), following the exercise of warrants and share options as per the table below: \n \n\n\n\nExercise price\n\n\nNo. of warrants/options being exercised\n\n\n\n\n6p\n\n\n1,476,190\n\n\n\n\n4.62p\n\n\n1,575,000\n\n\n\n\nTotal: \n\n\n3,051,190\n\n\n\n \nApplication will be made for the New Shares, which will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary Shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM ('Admission'). It is expected that Admission will become effective and dealings will commence at 8:00 a.m. on or around 22 June 2018.\n \nTotal Voting Rights & Regulatory Information\n \nFollowing Admission, the total issued share capital of the Company will consist of 701,216,730 Ordinary Shares.
