[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 1152H Savannah Resources PLC 13 November 2018 \n\n \n13 November 2018 \nSavannah Resources Plc\nExercise of Warrants\n \nSavannah Resources plc (AIM: SAV, FWB: AFM and SWB: SAV) ('Savannah') or the 'Company'), the AIM quoted resource development company, announces that it has issued 135,000 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") at exercise price of 6 pence per share (the \"New Shares\"), following the exercise of warrants.\n \nApplication will be made for the New Shares, which will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary Shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM ('Admission'). It is expected that Admission will become effective and dealings will commence at 8:00 a.m. on or around 16 November 2018.\n \nTotal Voting Rights & Regulatory Information\n \nFollowing Admission, the total issued share capital of the Company will consist of 881,451,795 Ordinary Shares.
