[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 1047E Savannah Resources PLC 07 February 2018 \n\nSavannah Resources Plc / Index: AIM / Epic: SAV / Sector: Mining\n \n7 February 2018 \nSavannah Resources Plc\nExercise of Options\n \nSavannah Resources plc (AIM: SAV) ('Savannah', or the 'Company'), the AIM quoted resource development company, announces that it has issued 233,336 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") in respect of 2013 Share Options at an exercise price of 4.62 pence per share (the \"New Shares\"), following an exercise of share options.\n \nApplication will be made for the New Shares, which will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary Shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM ('Admission'). It is expected that Admission will become effective and dealings will commence at 8:00am on or around 12 February 2018.\n \nTotal Voting Rights\n \nFollowing Admission, the total issued share capital of the Company will consist of 637,083,722 Ordinary Shares.
