[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n RNS Number : 9715M\n Savannah Energy Plc\n 15 May 2020\n \n \n \n 15 May 2020\n Savannah Energy PLC\n (\"Savannah\" or \"the Company\")\n \n \n Re-Admission to Trading on AIM and TVR\n \n \n and Notification of Results\n \n \n \n \n \n Further to the Company's announcement on 1 May 2020, Savannah confirms that 996,408,412 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") will be re-admitted to trading on AIM at 8.00 a.m. on Monday 18 May 2020. \n \n \n Total voting rights\n \n \n The Company has 996,408,412 Ordinary Shares in issue and there are no shares held in Treasury.
