Notification of Fenikso Limited (formerly LEKOIL Limited) Announcements

 

Savannah Energy PLC, the British independent energy company focused around the delivery of Projects that Matter in Africa, notes Fenikso Limited's (formerly Lekoil Limited) Results of Extraordinary General Meeting announcement released via RNS on 29 December 2022 at 5.37 p.m., whereby all resolutions were duly passed including the company's change of name to Fenikso Limited ("Fenikso") (AQSE: FNK). Savannah also notes Fenikso's announcement released via RNS at 7:00 a.m. today regarding the Completion of Settlement Arrangements.
