As a result, Ms Isatou Semega-Janneh has left, and ceased to be a Director of, the Company.\n \n \n \n \n \n Pending the appointment of a new Group CFO, Mr Nick Beattie, Deputy CFO, will oversee the finance function of the Company in an interim (non-Board) capacity.
