Research Reports are circulated to the professional investment community and press, including Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, First Call, Capital IQ, Research Direct, Factset and themarkets.com. Saturn's progress will be incorporated in the Hardman & Co. Monthly Company summary and will be circulated to investment institutions in Hardman's Monthly research publication.Saturn has agreed to pay Hardman & Co. an annual fee of 11,000 British Pounds, in quarterly instalments.
