In terms of Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, as framed by the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated persons with effect from 1st April, 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025 are published.The date of Board Meeting to consider the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025 shall be intimate separately in due course.
