Sareum Holdings plc (AIM: SAR), the structure-based drug discovery and services
business, was notified on 3rd December, 2004, that Billam AG purchased on 3rd
December a total of 5,700,000 Ordinary Shares and now holds, together with its
directors Peter Hoskins and Jemima Thorpe, 18,050,000 Ordinary Shares
representing 5.2 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
