As announced on 24 October 2007, the Company intended to issue these\nplacing shares subject to approval by shareholders which was granted at the\nannual general meeting of the Company held earlier today.\n\n\n\nFollowing the issue of these shares, the Company's issued share capital consists\nof 572,752,824 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.025p each ('Ordinary\nShares'), with voting rights.
