[{"type":"text","content":"\n Sareum Holdings PLC\n31 March 2008\n\n\nFor immediate release 31 March 2008\n\n\n\n\n SAREUM HOLDINGS PLC\n\n (\"Sareum\" or the \"Company\")\n\n\n\n\n Extension of Collaboration with Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical Research &\n Development, Division of Janssen Pharmaceutica N.V.\n\n\n\nSareum Holdings plc (AIM: SAR), the specialist structure-based drug discovery\nbusiness, is pleased to announce that Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical Research\n& Development, Division of Janssen Pharmaceutica N.V., (J&JPRD) has chosen to\nextend its collaborative agreement with Sareum for another six months, with an\noption for further extension.\n\nUnder the terms of the agreement, Sareum will apply its skills in high\nthroughput protein structure determination to provide insight and expertise in\ndeveloping new and improved therapeutics to help patients suffering from\ndiseases of the central nervous system. In return, Sareum will receive research\nfees and success-dependent milestone payments.
