Sarama Resources Announces the Issue of Options

PERTH, WESTERN AUSTRALIA, Feb. 21, 2012 /CNW/ - Sarama Resources Limited ("Sarama" or the "Company") wishes to announce that it has granted options to certain of its directors, management and consultants in accordance with the Company's Stock Option Plan.

A total of 1,125,000 options to acquire common shares of the Company have been granted.

The option's vesting conditions are 50% vest immediately and 50% vest in 12 months' time.  The options have a term of 5 years and an exercise price of $1.00.
