(the \"Company\" or \"Sarama\") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. David Groves as a\n Non-Executive Director of Sarama.\n\n\nDave has more than 30 years of experience in precious-metals\n exploration, resource development and business development and brings a\n highly complementary skill set to the board of Sarama.  Most recently,\n Dave served as Vice President, Global Exploration for Centerra Gold\n where he oversaw a large resource expansion at the Kumtor mine in\n Kyrgyzstan and delineation of a significant oxide-gold resource at the\n Oksut greenfield discovery in Turkey.  Prior to Centerra, Dave worked\n for Newmont Mining Corporation in exploration and business-development\n roles in North America, Australia, Europe and West Africa.   While at\n Newmont, he oversaw a major resource expansion at the Akyem gold\n deposit in West Africa, directed greenfield discoveries of Carlin-type\n and high-sulfidation gold deposits in the Tethys mineral belt in Turkey\n and Armenia and participated in the discovery and delineation of the\n Leeville and Turf gold deposits on the Carlin Trend in Nevada.\n\n\nDave holds a degree in Geology and a Master of Science degree and is a\n Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists and a Certified\n Professional Geologist with the American Institute of Professional\n Geologists.\n\n\nSarama's President and CEO, Andrew Dinning commented:\n\n\n\"We are delighted that Dave has joined the Board of Sarama.
