About this update from Sanwire Corp.

[{"type":"text","content":"Sanwire Corporation Prevails in Legal Action Against Intercept Music, et alPoint Roberts, WA – January 7, 2026 - Sanwire Corporation (\"Sanwire\" or the \"Company\") (OTC: SNWR), a diversified company with a focus on aggregating technologies within a number of industries, is pleased to provide an update on its legal complaint filed in Nevada District Court against Intercept Music Inc. (“Intercept”) and Intercept Music Group Inc. (“IMG”); or collectively the “Defendants”. As previously communicated to our shareholders, the Defendants removed Sanwire’s legal case to federal court citing diversity jurisdiction, claiming that IMG, a non-diverse entity, was fraudulently joined. The Defendants did not argue actual fraud, but rather that Sanwire (“Plaintiff”) could not maintain any viable claim against IMG. Sanwire disputed the removal, arguing that IMG, a Nevada corporation, destroys diversity and had a valid claim. Sanwire’s Attorney acted against the move to federal court to remand the case back to state court. The Court analyzed whether there was any possibility that the Plaintiff could state a cause of action against IMG, which would render the joinder proper and necessitate remand. The Court found that Plaintiff’s allegations concerning IMG’s improper retention of intellectual property and assets, if amended, could potentially state valid claims for unjust enrichment and conversion under Nevada law. The court believed that Sanwire needed to add specific details on the actual property and assets transferred and how this occurred.  On December 31, 2025, United States District Judge Anne R. Traum ordered that Plaintiff’s Motion to remand (ECF No.25) is GRANTED and moved back to state court. It is further ordered that Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss (ECF Nos. 6 & 7) are DENIED as moot. Case Number: 2:25-cv-01533-ART-NJK “We’re very pleased with the Court’s decision,” said Ron Hughes, Sanwire’s CEO. “We look forward to winning this case and being compensated adequately for the time and effort that we have put in.”  About Sanwire CorporationSanwire Corporation is a diversified company with a focus on aggregating technologies within several industries.
