Loxahatchee, FL – August 31, 2025 – Santana Equestrian Private Financial, Inc. (“SEQP”) announced today that, together with its operating partner Immaculate Ways Inc. (d/b/a Activium Soil), it has filed a Motion to Dismiss and Comprehensive Response in Florida DEP Case No. 25-1566. The petition, filed by Agricultural Blending Company, LLC, a competing operator in the manure sector, challenges SEQP’s recycling operations.
SEQP emphasized that its manure-to-fertilizer program is lawful and protected under HB 211 (2025), the Right to Farm Act, and DEP Rule 62-709, which recognize equine manure composting as a legitimate agricultural recycling activity. The Company also holds a fertilizer license from the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
In response, SEQP highlighted its Delivery Services Partner Program with licensed haulers, which services over 400 equestrian farms across Palm Beach County. This program ensures continuous manure collection, preventing waste accumulation that could impact horse health, farm operations, and the local environment.
“SEQP is committed to compliance and transparency,” said Paulo Santana, CEO. “We are confident in our legal position, and we welcome the opportunity to work with regulators to further formalize our operations. Our priority remains protecting the equestrian community, our clients, and our investors.”
The Company noted that while the proceeding could introduce near-term risks, including trading volatility, it also represents a chance to validate SEQP’s business model, strengthening its position in the agricultural recycling sector and advancing its mission to support national soil and food security.
