To support timely completion of the audit, the Company intends to appoint the subsidiary's auditor as its auditor, as their familiarity with the Company's mineral property and the Solomon Islands jurisdiction is expected to facilitate an expedited process. The MCTO restricts all trading by the Company's CEO and CFO in securities of the Company, whether direct or indirect.
