[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 1546Y S & U PLC 01 December 2017 \n\nThe following amendment has been made to the 'Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights' announcement released on 18th October 2017 at 7:00 under RNS No 8748T.\nThe total number of voting rights in S&U is 11,990,159. \nAll other details remain unchanged.\nThe full amended text is shown below.\n \n01 December 2017\n S & U PLC\n(\"S&U\" or \"the Company\")\nExercise of Options and Total Voting Rights\n \n \nS&U plc announces that it has received due notice of exercise in respect of options granted to members of its senior management under the Company's 2010 Long Term Incentive Plan (\"LTIP\"). The notices were in respect of a total of 2,500 ordinary shares of 12.5p each (\"Ordinary Shares\") at the exercise price of 12.5 pence per share.\n \nThese 2,500 Ordinary Shares were admitted to trading during the past fortnight pursuant to an existing block listing, and will rank pari pasu with existing Ordinary Shares.\n \n \nFollowing the issue of these Ordinary Shares, the total number of voting rights in S&U is 11,990,159.
