[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n 18 May 2022\n \n \n S & U PLC\n \n \n (\"S&U\" or \"the Company\")\n \n \n Exercise of Options, Director/PDMR Shareholding and Total Voting Rights\n \n \n Exercise of Options\n \n \n S&U announces that it has today received notice of the exercise of options over ordinary shares of 12.5p in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") granted under the Company's 2010 Long Term Incentive Plan (\"LTIP\").\n Christopher Redford (Group Finance Director) has exercised options over 2,300 Ordinary Shares and has immediately transferred these 2,300 ordinary shares for nil consideration to his wife Tina Redford who is a PCA.\n \n \n In total, 2,300 Ordinary Shares will be admitted to trading pursuant to an existing block listing and will rank pari pasu with existing Ordinary Shares. Following these transactions, the beneficial shareholding of Christopher Redford is 16,300 Ordinary Shares.\n \n \n Total Voting Rights\n \n \n Following the issue of these Ordinary Shares, the total number of voting rights in S&U is 12,149,961.
