[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 7276Y S & U PLC 10 May 2019 \n\n10 May 2019\n S & U PLC (\"S&U\" or \"the Company\")\nExercise and Sale of Options, Director/PDMR Shareholding and Total Voting Rights\n \n \nExercise and Sale of Options\n \nS&U plc announces that it has today received notice of the exercise of 20,000 options granted to Mr Guy Thompson, a director of S&U plc under the Company's 2010 Long Term Incentive Plan (\"LTIP\"). These options were exercised at an exercise price of 12.5 pence per share and these 20,000 Ordinary Shares were sold in the market at a price of 2,100 pence per share. Following these transactions the beneficial shareholding of Mr Guy Thompson is nil ordinary shares and he holds 70,000 ordinary share options which are vested but unexercised.\n \nThe 20,000 Ordinary Shares will be admitted to trading pursuant to an existing block listing, and will rank pari pasu with existing Ordinary Shares.\n \nTotal Voting Rights\n \nFollowing the issue of these Ordinary Shares, the total number of voting rights in S&U is 12,042,426.
