[{"type":"text","content":"\n\nRNS Number: 7507H\nS & U PLC\n 9 May 2025\n \nS & U PLC (\"S&U\" or \"the Company\")\n \nAnnual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM\n \nFollowing release on 15 April 2025 of the preliminary results for the year to 31 January 2025, the Company announces that the 2025 Annual Report and Accounts are now available on its website at www.suplc.co.uk.\n \nThe notice of Annual General Meeting to be held at 12.00 noon on 18 June 2025 and an explanatory AGM letter from the Chairman are also now available on the Company's website. The letter also includes guidance on AGM attendance and how shareholders can submit their proxy votes in advance of the meeting.\n \nThe Annual report and AGM documents are being mailed to those shareholders who still elect to receive documents in hard copy form.
