H.\nHarron and Associates of Toronto, Ontario covering its Carman Township nickel\nprospect, Timmins, Ontario, Canada. (This document along with other\ninformation about the company can be found at www.sedar.com.) A program of\n$475,000 in two phases is recommended to investigate the economic potential of\nthree untested conductive horizons on the property. A limited horizontal loop\nelectromagnetic (HLEM) survey is recommended to guide drill location.\nThe Carman project is located on the eastern flank of the Shaw Dome\nstructural feature about 20 km southeast of Timmins, Ontario. The Shaw Dome\narea hosts five massive sulphide nickel deposits and has the potential to host\ndisseminated sulphide nickel deposits. Previous historical work in 1973 on the\nproperty has demonstrated the presence of finely disseminated nickel sulphides\nwhich will be investigated from a metallurgical recovery viewpoint. Surface\nmapping and sampling to confirm earlier work and to establish surface\ndistribution of sulphides within the ultramafic mass are currently in\nprogress.\nStarfire has conducted only limited exploration to date on the property\nand no mineral resource under NI 43-101 has been calculated for the property.\nThere can be no assurance that additional exploration will result in the\nestablishment of a minerals resource on the property.\nStarfire owns 100% interest in the property subject to a 3% net smelter\nreturn royalty of which 1% may be purchased for $1 million at any time prior\nto production.\nThe Qualified Person for purposes of this press release is Gerald Harron\nof G.
