[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\nTSXV: SFR\n\n\nVANCOUVER, June 18 /CNW/ - Starfire Minerals Inc. is pleased to announce\nthat drilling will resume in late June on the Company's 100% owned Langmuir\nSouth Nickel Project near Timmins, Ontario to follow-up on high-grade nickel\nintersections obtained from diamond drilling as announced in the company's\npress releases of January 2 and May 17, 2007.\n\n\nThe previously-reported intersections consist of:\n\n- 4.48% nickel over a core length of 5.55 meters from a depth of 424.35\n meters at the base of a komatiite flow in Hole EL-06-03; and\n- 3.51% nickel over a core length of 1.5 meters from a depth of 202.0\n meters at the base of a komatiite flow in Hole EL-07-06.\n\n\nThe drill program will consist of step-out holes from the above nickel\nintersections, as well as testing of other geophysical anomalies that are\nassociated with komatiite flows.\n\n\nThe map of Starfire's Langmuir South Property can be found at\nhttp://files.newswire.ca/607/Langmuir_Property_map.pdf. Langmuir South is\nlocated south of Inspiration Mining's Langmuir North property and to the north\nof Liberty Mines and Golden Chalice's properties.
