(the \"Company\") wishes\nto announce that it has signed an option agreement to acquire a 100% interest\nin 16 mineral claims located in the Montreal River North area of the\nSuganaqueb Township in Ontario, a prospective uranium property.\nThe terms of the agreement include the payment of $25,600 cash and the\nissuance of 600,000 shares of the Company over 2 years as follows: 200,000\nshares within 10 days of obtaining regulatory approval and 200,000 shares on\nthe first and second anniversary dates of the agreement. The agreement also\nincludes work commitments totaling $185,000 over three years as follows:\n$35,000 in the first year, $100,000 in the second year and $150,000 in the\nthird year.\nThe property is subject to a 2% net smelter royalty, one half of which\ncan be bought back by the Company for $1.0 million.\nThe Company has engaged Terraquest Ltd. (www.terraquest.ca) to commence\nan Airborne Radiometric and Magnetic Survey, to be flown over this property\nduring late September/early October.
