The Cross Structure property is located in the\nsouth-eastern part of Quebec, along the north shore of the Gulf of\nSt. Lawrence, and about 25 kilometers west of Aguanish.\nThe fieldwork program was designed to test the cross structure zone\npreviously identified by Aguanish Uranium Inc. in 1977. The program is also\ndesigned to test five new radiometric targets recently delineated by Starfire\nduring the 2005 airborne survey over the property area. Cross structure is a\nlow grade, high tonnage uranium target with historical reserve estimates from\nprevious work prior to implementation of NI 43-101 standards. The historical\nreserve is based on surface sampling only and suggested a possible 12 million\ntons of material grading 0.5 lb/ton U3O8. The present program was the first\nattempt to test the surface potential of all previous and recent delineated\nuranium mineralization on the property.\nThe historical exploration on the property has demonstrated the\npossibility of low grade high tonnage uranium mineralization; however the\nproperty is still in the early stage of exploration. No mineral resources are\nknown to exist on the property and there can be no assurance that additional\nexploration will result in the delineation of any mineral resources.\nThe fieldwork program consisted of line cutting a grid established over\nthe target areas followed by a geological survey; prospecting, rock stripping\nand rock saw sampling. The geophysical survey consisted of radiometric and\nmagnetometer surveys over the area of the grid. A total of 44 kilometers of\ngrid lines were completed (cut, stationed and picketed) and a total of 91 rock\nsaw samples were collected from the Cross structure zone as well as a cluster\nof anomalous radioactive zones that were recently identified by Starfire.\nAll 91 rock samples are forwarded to Chimitech Laboratories in Val d'Or\nfor sample preparation and uranium analysis.\nAll geophysical data of the project was recently sent to Geotronics in\nVancouver for geophysical interpretation and geophysical report.\nIt is expected that the comprehensive program of prospecting, technical\nsurveys and rock saw ch...
