(the Company) is\npleased to announce that the Qualified Person for the Cross Structure Property\nhas recommended a Phase 1 diamond drill program of 1500 to 2000 meters to\nexplore the targets identified from recent work on this property.\n\n\nThe Cross Structure property is located in the south-eastern part of\nQuebec, along the north shore of the Gulf of St. Lawrence, and about\n25 kilometers west of Aguanish and 106 kilometers east of Havre St-Pierre.\n\n\nEach probed hole will be the subject of a survey of spectral diagraphics\ngamma along the hole, with an aim of recognizing the radioactive components\n(U, Th, K, Total) and the thicknesses of mineral-bearing lithologies.\n\n\nThe budget for this phase of the project is $350,000\n\n\nMr. Michel Proulx, P. Geo. M.Sc., OGQ, has recommended the Company\ninitially explore the \"K\" and \"J\" zones on the north-easterly part of the\nproperty, which is easily accessible.\n\n\nChemical assays from ALS-Chimitec Laboratories last month confirmed the\npresence of U308 in 5 samples from these zones as outlined below:\n\n\nLocation lbs/short ton U3O8 ppm U Length\n\nK Dyke 1.69 lb 716 3.5 meters\n 1.11 lb 472 2.0 meters\n\nJ Dyke 1.10 467 2.0 meters\n 1.06 448 3.0 meters\n 0.93 395 1.5 meters\n\n\nCross Structure is a low grade, high tonnage uranium target with\nhistorical resource estimates from previous work prior to implementation of NI\n43-101 standards. Any historical information provided is for reference only\nand the reader should not infer or assert that the information is correct,\nreliable, relevant or accurate and should not be relied upon.\n\n\nThe historical exploration on the property has demonstrated the\npossibility of low grade high tonnage uranium mineralization; however the\nproperty is still in the early stage of exploration. No mineral resources are\nknown to exist on the property and there can be no assurance that additional\nexploration will result in the delineation of any mineral resources.\n\n\nThis news release was reviewed by Michel Proulx, P.
