[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\n\n\n18 March 2024               \n\n\n                                          \n\n\n\n\n\nSANDERSON DESIGN GROUP PLC\n(\"Sanderson Design Group\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\n \nHead office move to Sanderson's historic site in West London  \nRelocation to Voysey House in Chiswick creates a strategic London base for the Group whilst returning the Sanderson brand to its former home\n \nSanderson Design Group PLC (AIM: SDG), the luxury interior design and furnishings group, is pleased to announce that its head office will move later in 2024 to West London to a listed building that opened in 1902 as a wallpaper factory for Arthur Sanderson & Sons, the forerunner of the Group's Sanderson brand.\nThe Group's head office, which includes approximately 80 staff in design, sales, marketing, finance and administrative functions along with the Sanderson and Morris & Co. archives, will move to Voysey House, in Chiswick, in the Summer 2024 following the signing of a 10-year lease.\nVoysey House, originally known as the White Building, is Grade II* listed and was designed for Arthur Sanderson & Sons by the celebrated Arts & Crafts architect and designer CFA Voysey. After its time as a wallpaper factory, there were many alterations before Voysey House was converted into five floors of office space in the late 1960s. The building, totalling 16,000 sq ft, has recently been completely renovated, taking it back to its original design ethos whilst significantly improving its environmental performance.\nThe fit-out of the building to the Group's specification is currently underway and it is envisaged that the building will include showroom space, a design hub and events location as well as housing the Sanderson and Morris & Co. archives and head office functions.\nThe move is expected to be cost neutral on a run-rate basis owing to Voysey House being a smaller building than the current headquarters and reducing the Group's requirement for showroom space elsewhere.\n \nLisa Montague, Sanderson Design Group's Chief E...
