An announcement released 1 August 2005 at 7:00am under RNS number 5326P. The announcement should have read: Walker Greenbank plc (AIM: WGB), the wallpaper, textiles and furnishings business whose brands include Harlequin, Sanderson and Zoffany, announces that Ian Kirkham, the Company's Chairman, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 16.75p per share and 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 16.5p per share on 29 July 2005. Mr Kirkham's resultant shareholding is 500,000 shares, equivalent to 0.847 per cent of the Company's issued share capital. All other details remain unchanged.
