Walker Greenbank PLC 6 June 2000 At the Annual General Meeting of Walker Greenbank PLC held yesterday, all resolutions were passed. The final dividend of 2.0 pence per ordinary was declared payable on 7 July 2000 to shareholders appearing on the register of members at the close of business on 16 June 2000.
