Following this transfer, Alan Dix's interest in the Company remains unchanged at 704,589 ordinary shares representing 1.19% of the total voting rights in the Company. \n \nThe Company was also informed that on 6 June 2013 David Smallridge, Executive Director, transferred 129,556 ordinary shares of 1p each to his civil partner.
