[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 0187G Walker Greenbank PLC 23 May 2017 \n\n\n\n\n\nFor immediate release\n\n\n23 May 2017\n\n\n\n\n \n \nWALKER GREENBANK PLC\n(\"Walker Greenbank\" or the \"Company\")\n \n \nBlocklisting Application \n \nWalker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), the luxury interior furnishings group, announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of securities in respect of 800,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each (\"New Ordinary Shares\") to be admitted to trading on AIM.\n \nThe New Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of employee share options under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan.\n \nOn exercise these New Ordinary Shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.
