The Shares were issued to the former CEO under the Company's employee share scheme and were subject to clawback provisions in the event that the Company failed to meet specified performance criteria.\n \nThe Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 230,205,614 Ordinary Shares. The Company holds 214,417 Ordinary Shares in treasury.
