His recent roles have included being Finance Director of Liberty Holdings Limited, a JSE listed long term insurer, where he played a key role in the turnaround of that business. Most recently he was CFO of Standard Bank Jersey Limited.\n \nSteven is currently Head of IT at Platform Black, one of GLI's subsidiaries. He has over 25 years of experience in the design, implementation and administration of secure and highly-available enterprise and web-based solutions for corporate customers across various sectors including finance and telecoms.\n \nRussell and Steven will join the senior management team. Russell will report to the Group CEO and Steven will report to Russell.\n \nAndy Whelan, CEO of GLI, said; \n \n\"Over the course of this year, we've recognised that GLI would benefit from further strengthening of its operations, risk management and IT functions.
