[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 0999A T2 Income Fund Limited 01 October 2009 \n \nT2 Income Fund Limited (the 'T2' or the 'Company')\n\n\nPosting of Shareholder Circular and Notice of EGM\n\n\n\nFurther to its announcement of 16 September 2009, the Company has today posted a Circular to its shareholders containing a notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company to be held at 11.00 am on Friday, 16 October 2009. \n\nThe purpose of the Meeting is to: approve the proposals in relation to the Placing of new ordinary shares to raise up to £15 million. In addition the board believes that the Company should change its name as it does not believe that the current name accurately reflects the activities of the group.
