[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 2877B T2 Income Fund Limited 23 October 2009 \n \nT2 Income Fund Limited (\"T2\" or the \"Company\")\n\nExercise of Options\n\nThe Company announces that Geoffrey Miller and Patrick Firth, both Directors of the Company, have today exercised 250,000 and 50,000 options respectively, to subscribe for ordinary shares in the Company. \n\nAs a result of these transactions, Mr Miller's holding is now 500,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.57% of the Company's issued share capital and Mr Firth's holding is now 50,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.06% of the Company's issued share capital.\n\nThe 300,000 ordinary shares have been issued and allotted and application for them to be admitted to trading on AIM has been made to the London Stock Exchange. Admission of these shares is expected to commence on 28 October 2009.\n\nFollowing the issue of these shares, the Company will have 87,300,000 ordinary shares in issue, each carrying one voting right.
