Estimates of reserves and projections of production were\nbased on an independent reserves evaluation prepared for the Company by\nNetherland Sewell and Associates using data to December 31, 2005. The\nevaluation was prepared in accordance with standards set out in the Canadian\nOil and Gas Evaluation Handbook (the \"COGE Handbook\"). The Company has also\nfiled Form 20F along with its annual financials.
