(\"Silvercorp\"), marking a significant step in consolidating the Company's copper-gold exploration portfolio in Ecuador.Salazar acquired from Silvercorp two of Silvercorp's subsidiaries, which subsidiaries hold interests in the Santiago, Pijilí & Tarqui-Quimi projects (the \"Projects\"), in exchange for a 1.5% net smelter return royalty in the Projects (the \"Royalties\"). This acquisition materially expands Salazar's ownership across several prospective exploration projects. This milestone provides the Company with full strategic control over a growing portfolio of copper-gold exploration assets in one of South America's most prospective metallogenic belts.
